La Garnacha is the ideal place for lovers of the cold and for those who want to experience unique moments, such as learning the process of making Swiss cheese, shaping zopilota stones, eating tortillas with beans, cheese and curd accompanied by a hot cup of coffee, and even daring to bathe in ice-cold water.
But what makes this beautiful place special is the warmth of its inhabitants, those friends who tell you: come on in, and when they see you, they pull out a chair for you and offer you a cup of coffee.
