A globetrotting family

She is from Hungary and together with her husband and 5-year-old son they have traveled to 51 countries. Through her Instagram snapshots she shares her adventure as a traveler, mother, lover of nutritious food and landscapes.

Nicaragua, land of fire and water

Their stay in Nicaragua has been long, after the Island of Ometepe, Granada and some beaches of San Juan del Sur, they made a tour of the north.

In Matagalpa they enjoyed Don Facundo and Selva Negra, where they tried cocoa and good coffee; Jinotega, which gave them San Rafael del Norte and Don Chico in the Macizo de Peñas Blancas; Estelí and its cigar factories, also Don Alberto at the Finca El Jalacate; they called the Somoto Canyon “a little-known jewel of the north” and in San Fernando, Nueva Segovia, they discovered Aguas Termales Don Alfonso.

Timi creates meal plans, recipe books and videos, writes blog articles, and is also a journalist and translator. She speaks English, German, Italian, Spanish, and Russian, and has also studied Arabic, Hebrew, Czech, and French, a skill that has allowed her to travel to more than 50 countries, including Nicaragua.
